I have 1 bay that rinses great as soon as I switch to soap all pressure goes to back feeding soap line and no pressure at nozzle

Are you talking about the medium pressure presoak valve opening when soap is selected?

Not sure what medium pressure soap valve is, soap valve on solenoid block opens.if I remove 1/4 poly soap line coming out of solenoid block it has pressure coming from pump. Soap comes out of solenoid block only after I remove line Sorry don’t mean to sound stupid just first time ever working on Coleman

What you're probably seeing is flow from the tank, not the pump. If your wax is high pressure and the pressure also drops on wax, the most likely culprit is the 3/4" check valve under the tank.
