Business is great compared to June last year.

We are seeing more investors bring new and remodel carwash projects forward.

Big difference today, banks are placing more emphasis on due diligence and are no longer willing to finance marginal opportunities.

Except for conversions, we are not seeing new self-serve projects.

Most of clients report washing big volumes this year.

Ours was way down, its been a wet month and our competitor put in a new friction machine I assume he got the business. The rain and clouds may have kept folks from washing.

Ours has been way down, but our automatic has been down for almost 3 weeks, so that has drastically hurt us.

Down 6%. Rain and clouds. June is typically a slower month here.

Down because of constant rain. Our state of MN is waterlogged and on the news alot, not just a little rain , but 4-5" at a time. It was hard to find a dry day to get the lawns mowed. California that is in a drought must have the big wash numbers.

Famous customer saying-- You guys with car washes must like it when it rains! I would like to Reply--(-Yes, and we like root canals)
