Kleen-rite

Hi all,
just wondering if anyone has had issues with Kleen-Rite?
Before I go into details on a public forum I'd like to contact the man in charge Mike McKonly personally.
Unfortunately, one cannot contact him directly without a personal email address.
Going via customer service email is unfortunately not good enough and it seems somebody should shake this place up a bit.
Since I am not in the US an email address would be better than a phone number due to the time difference.

Nope. I spend an average of $6k per month with them, and the service has always been great.

I would guess Dultmeier would be closet competitor.

It took them 6 different shipments to get our last nozzle order correct. They must have someone just throwing random tips in boxes

I have been with Kleen-Rite for 12 years. If there were any issues, they quickly resolved them.

Sorry about your situation but is this the only time they dropped the ball?

Since you state you are not in the US, don't you have any CW Supply Distributors where you are from? I would think shipping from the US would be cost prohibitive?
