Does anyone know what we can do to prevent this. We’re not able to duplicate it, so we’re not sure how to stop it. Guy somehow loaded up controller with a ton of credits and left. About an hour after he was there the second time a legit customer tried to buy vending amd couldn’t, then noticed all the credit. He then unloaded 90% of the machine. My brother found $48 worth of credit still on the display. There must be some button combination that creates a credit?

There must be something in the manual to tell how he did that and what to do to prevent it. Assuming that's the keypad where he was pressing buttons, it looks like he must have entered a code.

Did he walk up and do that, or did you get a license plate?

I believe that vending machine is made by Raddatz Products Development Corp in Conway Ak. 501-327-9496. I’d give them a call and ask them if it can be done https://rpdvending.com/

Thanks Randy but that's not the one I have. The Kleen-Vend is made by Industrial Vacuum. Its their Vend-It vendor private labeled as a Kleen-Rite product. I'll have to get in touch with them. We had an issue a few years ago where they would insert a dollar bill and somehow do something with the buttons to jackpot the change hopper.

It sounds like a control board issue. I wonder who makes the control board for those vending machines.
