Laser 360+ Bridge Over current fault

Hi all, so to preface this, im pretty tech savvy, i know how to use a "voltmeter" LOL, but i am having a fault that i cannot get past, the fault is "bridge drive over current", all truck wheels have been replaced, drive motor along with gear box have been replaced, tracks have been lightly lubricated, inverted L has had some slop remedied, through testing, i found when high pressure kick on, the bridge gets kind of pushed in the opposite direction, causing the bridge to become un perpendicular to the tracks and will fault, other times i do notice it happens when high pressure comes on say the fourth or fifth pass at rear of vehicle, I AM STUMPED, at this point im jus looking for something other than what ive checked out LOL, any helpful advice would be awesome!!! thanks yall!!!

Have you checked that your rails are level and spaced appropriately? This can cause binding. Cables through the e-chain good? Have you removed the belt and tried to push the machine back and forth? It should move with ease.

yup, machine is not bound at all, pulls and pushes nicely, even with belt on or off, is there a way you can check squareness? what im actually asking is, is there a way pdq will have you check squareness? i can corner to corner no problem, but im wondering if they have a procedure....

iv also megged electrical supply to motor, all checked out previous to new motor install, called and confirmed belt tension at 2 inches deflection at 9 in lbs i believe....
