Laser 4000 Daily Counter report way off

This past Saturday and Sunday we washed a lot of cars, however, according to my one bay's daily counter reports we set impossible records. My report for the one day said we washed 247 and the other was for 289? All of the other reports like weekly, monthly and yearly seem to be accurate. The actual cars washed was around 150 each day. Anybody ever have this happen? Why just one of the reports?

I had a problem on my high velocity when we lost power for just a bit at midnight. It combined the totals for two days into one day. It happened to be new years eve. So now my yearly count is out of whack!!!

Just a follow up. Yesterdays daily counter for that bay was back to being correct. Not sure how or why that happened?
