Not turning properly
Goes past front of car and only stops because of stopper
Then finishes wash
And puts it's self out of order after reading car wash busy for s bit
Front eye fail error

All proxy and sensors and eyes ok

Sometimes doesn't do it on the first pass presoak

Is it the eyes on t bar
Or sensor on gantry for the flag
It lites up if I wave a wrench
And the flag is ok

If the front eyes truly do test properly, it sounds like a mid limit issue. Prox, prox wire, or flag. Just thinking out loud. Hope you figure it out.

Now overlength front error
And still going long but not on presoak pass

Over length Front means:
Something is blocking the front eye. The spray arch is bent(maybe bad sheer bolt) and is blocking front measure eyes. Lastly, the front eye is bad.

Could be a wiring issue in the festoon, might need a spare wire to the front eye amp.

I am sure someone else will chime in.

Agreed eliminate all mechanical blockage,bent sheer pin,flat tire on trolley. Then if you don't remember how old eyes are just replace them.

its the eye on the passenger t bar
stupid thing was on then checked again it was off and could not get it back on wiggling wires
then came and went.
popped the rear eye off hooked up to front and walla now need to get an eye
