Laser 4000 presoak question

OK, let's try this one. One of my customers has this machine and if it sits for a day or two between washes, the first pass of presoak is water only. The foot valve for the chemical supply line is good and the line is filled with soap. It just takes one revolution before soap comes out. The washes after that are just fine, with only a short, maybe 5 second, time for the wand to fill. Any thoughts? And the reason it sometimes sits for a day or two between washes is rain. Lots of rain.

I have a fellow with a washworld near me that was talking about the same issue like this with his razor two years ago. His problem was that his pump station from the actual bay/bridge was about 5 Self service bays from the pump stand and they moved all the check valves/Manifold that where mounted inside the equipt room to the bay where the bridge was at for a faster change over time or vice versa can't exactly remember. also how long is he dumping soap before Applyied to car 1 sec or 9secs and is the pump station and bridge close and not 5 or 6 bays over. I don't know just something to think about or a bad check valve on that manifold I am talking about might be bad not holding pressure since all your injectors,foot valves and Danfoss valves are good.
