Here one for vets
anyone ever have the 30mm home or back eye pick up the nut holding the rail
i noticed my install fellow used different sized nuts and couple are about 1.5" other ones are 3/4" and it seems as if the eye is picking up the nut??????????

We had a similar issue when the threaded rod was sticking too far through the nut. We trimmed it off and solved the problem. You may want to try backing the eye out a little bit. Maybe you can find a sweet spot where it picks up the flag but not the nuts.

After further torcher
its not the nut the x27 red festune black wire was a little beat up and it was just so happening to stop by a nut
the machine would just pass the mid flag and then stop and turn and the x27 would come on thinking it was at the rear limit

Ok after even more further torcher its no the wago
believe it or not its the darn festune wire
solution extra wire on the yellow festune so just swapped
so far so good
cross your fingers
seems every blue moon the festune would bend just right and as soon as it passed the middle flag it gave it the ok for the rear limit to stop and turn.
The 30mm would not be lit up on the rear limit just x27 in the jo
so i wiggled the festune and of course flicker flicker
just so happened that the nut was just at that spot
