laser 4000 start arch index

arch was overating
clean off eye and stopping in position
now machine not reseting with start arch index fail
all wires seem good
before i adjusted the eye the entrance side one was just staying on
cleaned and replugged and going on and off and stopping in positions
but machine faulting in start up and going out of order
is it just the eye is bad??? even though it is stopping in positions

cam was off a little bit the eye had bumped the cam and moved it enough that both proxys were not on in the home position
re adjusted the cam and back up thanks
