Todays trouble

half way thru the wash machine stopped and error of system stop
cant get anything to move
looks like my 24card is not lit up or my vt
were should i start poking????????
Powered off and restart
stop buttons are not set
but still nothing
i noticed the bay sign stop and go light was red and right before powering off the sign kinda went wako and went green red green red then lights out

I've been having issues with my stop and drive lights. About a month ago after a wash the drive light remained on. I couldn't get it to turn off, but the machine would wash a car okay even though the drive light would stay on. I traced it back to the y10 relay module and replaced the relay for the drive light. Problem solved until both the stop and drive lights remained on. Replaced the entire y10 module. Problem solved until about 10 days ago. A car was in the wash and 1/2 way through the first pre-soak pass the soap stopped and the back up light went on, then the stop light came on the pre-soak started again. I replaced the first three relays in the y10 module and it worked fine after that. That night I opened up the junction box for the sign and found two connections that were not good...bare wire and corrosion. I cleaned up the box and the connections and it has been working since. Maybe check in diagnostics to see if you can get the stop and drive lights to come on. If not try replacing the relays and see if you get any traction. Not sure if this helps, but maybe worth checking for a simple fix. God luck.

I took the fuse out of the 24v powersupply i seems ok
so i put it back in and everything powered up , i though yes
then it starting getting dim and poofffffffff off again, took it out and back in samething
i notice the y43 blinking and then it dims and out

on the wash on the second pass it shut off about mid car with sign still saying stop and then it went out with the machine, but the go light began to flash for a bit and then it dimmed out

maybe that power supply is bad or do i have bigger issues> it is 20 years old
