replace weep valve and weep stays on constantly even when in cycled mode??

If the temp is 20 deg or lower than set point the machine will weep constantly to prevent freeze up.
Check the temp probe reading by going 100E 3E to make sure the bay temp is reading correctly.
Check your set point in the auto parameters set up to make sure it is set to 30 something deg. not 70 something.
Check to see if the output Y45 is on, the output should be on when we do NOT want to weep. if it is off the computer is weeping.
The weep valves requires power to be closed and not weep, if we are not getting the 24vac from output Y45 (when the led is on)it will not close, or it could just be stuck open.
