All,
My soaps and other foaming low pressure products seem to need more and more air to mix properly (and prevent striping). When I first opened up a couple of years ago, 60lbs was all I needed, but now it's closer to 100!
The air systems seems to be OK, solenoid and air line push air freely out through the arch. I have a manifold in the bay that ties in all the chems via a check valve.
Any ideas? BigLeo
