Our laser wash 4000 virtual treadle is not recognizing the car driving off at the end of the wash. Is this the loading eyes or the t-bar sensors creating the problem? The eyes do not appear to be too milky and have cleaned the lenses. With a mirror we have check alignment and strength indications on the loading eyes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check the following

Back up loading eyes, easiest test is to put your car in the bay ,and when you drive in roll to far,if back up light comes on they are ok. You can also put the VT controller in position 3 ,and make sure # 4 light is on,cover the sensor in the bay ,and the #4 light will go off if working correctly.

I would try also replacing the sheer pin, you may also need to check the front eyes on the T bar, just follow the directions under front eye fail in the PDQ manual.

Sounds like a blocked or bad eye on the t- bar

If possable check the display on the CPU, type in 100 Enter 1 Enter to see what the display says when this is happening. It will point you in the right direction.
Might say waiting for t-bar eyes to clear or something simuliar.
Let us know what it says and we can help you further.

Regards
Mike
