Folks,
I have a LaserNet email system on my LW4000. It has proven valuable to diagnosing problems. I have had it for about a year and it has operated flawlessly. Recently is started the following symptoms:
1) It would drop it's online status
2) Power would still be on
3) After this happened, it could not be put back online until I arrived at the wash and and power cycled the unit.
It would then operate for 8-12 hours and hop offline.
Solution: Bad power.
I am running my LaserNet and Printer on a battery back up now, and all seems good. 350watt APC type.
The only reason I offer this, is because of the lack of info. about the LaserNet online. Hope it helps someone someday.
