Laserwash 4000 Water Problems

I have a Laserwash 4000 and about to take a 12gauge shotgun and shoot it tonight, can someone please help me. The Situation is BOTH Holding Tanks for the HP rinse water and chemical holding tank are both over filling with water and flowing over the overflow holes long after both Floats are satisfied, its like somehow the water is still bleeding into both tanks I have replaced floats and found one bad Danfoss valve on the manifold and don't know what else, has to be something simple. Maybe weep water? Try shutting off the weep supply for a bit to see if the problem goes away...

I'm unfamiliar with that machine, but is there a possible diaphragm that is cracked and letting water by?

Ok then, how about spot free water siphoning from spot free holding tank through a check valve...? If thats not it, I think your laser has the ability to make water!

hey thank you sir we found it this morning and the small unloader on the chemical low pressure was leaking by also.. Thank you it was a good little learning experience
