I just bought a new Laurel vendor the 3 coloum one and I am having problems with e---1 error message. I have taken it apart and greesed the necessary parts and it seems to work fine, untill I put it back together and it works a few times then all of a sudden the error message hapens again. I reset it and it happens again. It's driving me crazy. It only happens on the first coloum.
Any suggestions?

Check for cables around the coin cup. I had a problem with a cable preventing the cup from turning, causing an error. I don't remember if E1 was the error.

The 'E..1' error message appears if the motor for that column does not cycle completely in the allotted time. My guess is that one of the gears in the motor has a bad spot and it is stalling during the rotation, though sometimes it may have enough inertia to make it past and finish in time. We can send ship you a replacement motor assembly n/c, just need your ship to info.

This is why the Forum is great and why Laurel is a good company. Thanks for paying attention Chip.
