Laurel vendor question

I have an electronic Laurel vendor and the ma800 acceptor is not working. I wanted to swap the acceptor with one of my spare 800 acceptors but it has 6 wires and my spare ones only have 4 wires....How can I modify it and what are the two extra wires for?

The two extra wires are to disable the acceptor while the machine is vending or when it's empty. You can run the vendor without the disabling feature by cutting the plug off the old acceptor and connecting the wires you need to the new one, but I wouldn't leave it that way. You can order a correct replacement or have the old one repaired.
