Lawsuit for Death of a Robber

This is an update regarding the death of a suspected robber at a local car wash. Now the family of the robber is suing the wash.

They probably won't get too far if a grand jury doesn't do anything. You see football players do that all the time, so it is hard to say it was intentional, as compared to them beating him, this looked fairly unintentional. When you rob someone there is risk involved.

Unbelievable. Only in this stupid a$$ country. For that idiot attorney to sit they and say he did not deserve this. Yes, nor did the car wash employee deserve to get robbed. If that fool had a weapon, and injured or killed a car wash employee; what is the story then?

This crap just gets my blood pressure boiling. That attorney should go to jail for being an idiot.
