Leaking hot water heater

I have a disconnect gas hot water heater in my 3 bay ss car wash which is now leaking. The only heat I currently have on my system is in the pre soak tank (low volt heating element). I can't afford to run gas in this area, due to low customer volume, and make a profit. Therefore, should I put in another hot water heater, or is there another option to run the system. Hold tank? No tank? Flash heat or tankless?, got to do something quick

We had 2 washes that the water heaters went bad (leaking). We ran those car washes for a couple of years without any hot water and no complained. Low volume car wash not making much of a profit, I'd bypass around the water and leave it, if no one complains and business stays the same then life is good.

Thanks Randy. I wonder if I could eliminate the tank/water heater and just have my water source, city water, go straight to my h wash system. Or would there be two much water pressure.
