Lease new automatic

I’m pretty close to securing a loan with my bank for a conventional loan. But was wondering if anyone did a lease and what terms they give you on a new In bay automatic? Does anyone recommend a contact?

Leasing company did a five year lease on a used machine. On a new machine I believe they will go seven years.

Ascentium rates are a little on the high side but they will do leases for new or used carwash equipment and or sites. They are very easy to deal with.

One thing to consider going forward is how equipment lease from third party may affect your relationship with the bank.
