Just a tip if anyone else has this happen.
LED 7 issue fixed - Tip. Had LED 7 that was counting up - non stop. Slugbuster Coin accepter, Vantage Bill accepter and Cryptopay. Cryptopay / Bill accepter box wires encased in Ice. Waited for thaw with timer unplugged. Plugged aback in - same issue. Swapped timer - same issue. Disconnected in turn Cryptopay, Bill accepter, and coin accepter - same issue. As I was finishing this got a slight shock and saw wire in wire nut laying in Pool of water at bottom of Bill accepter box. Pulled out of water - Problem Solved.
