Leisuwash error code 2 and 15

Hello everyone. I have a Leisuwash car wash. There is a problem that I can't solve. When you turn on the water right after the start, the car stops and gives two errors code 2 and code 15.
I wonder if you turn on the water after shampooing, and then everything works.

Help please or give me a number with whom I can contact and discuss this problem

If you know who it is, you should contact them. If you don’t know who it is, you should contact the factory. That’s how most of us have to go about fixing issues that we cannot figure out ourselves. Unfortunately, not many people on this forum own the machine you have, so the there probably isn’t a lot of information from people on this forum.
