Life of Airlift doors

I am adding another automatic and will use either Ultimate or Wyndstar doors. The airlift doors on my other machine are entering their 10th winter and need several hundred dollars spent on them before winter. How long is the life expectancy of these things? As much as I would hate to spend the additional money should I cowboy up and replace the airlift doors as well or do they have more years of service left in them?

Why not install Airlift Extreme XRS doors on your new auto?? They are great doors. Installed 2 last December and love them the speed is great and aside from a bit of noisey banging on windy days they are really great doors.

I priced the airlift doors. They were more than the Wyndstars by a pretty good margin. If they were price competitive I would have bought them.
