Locking Trash Cans

Not quite ready to eliminate trash cans altogether at my SS, so wondering if anyone can recommend a heavy-duty, locking steel trash enclosure that will discourage pickers and treasure hunters? Something stronger than a rubbermaid and cheaper than a bear box would be great.
