They have not sent any out in a while. (at least to me) I guess the pandemic catapulted their sales so much they do not need to coupon anymore.

I got one in the mail that expired in July. Try putting something in your cart while logged into your account, close it without finalizing, wait 15 minutes and check your email. Sometimes they will send you a code. Check the bottom of the main page for promos. Shop around, because I can usually find stuff cheaper even with a 20% discount.
