looking for ideas to add to my profit center at a full service carwash in california

I just recently purchased a second full service carwash in California. The c-store is massive- I am thinking of ways to increase revenue and traffic into the location. I was thinking about a self service pet wash station I could comfortably fit 2 into the store. I was also thinking about partitioning the store and opening a nail salon.

Does anyone have any experience with pet washes in their carwashes? I haven't seen any in California and I have been in the business for over 10+ years.

Depending on your marketing the Pet Wash could bring in extra revenue for sure. We generate on average $100 per day for our 2 pet washes at 1 site and the other about $100 per day with 1 pet wash.

The issue will be getting insurance or rates going sky high. I would check with your insurance broker before doing that. I've had several carriers not even wanting to provide quotes because of the pet wash.
