Looking for new TF IBA with good support and low maintenance

At my wash we currently have a Belanger Vector, it's approaching 17 years of age and we are looking to put a new one in. Main option we are looking at right now is Petit but our bay is about 29' 4" and we aren't sure if our distributor (Royce Industries) can put together a custom machine to fit our bay. I have looked at several options but I want to make sure that whatever we choose will clean well with relatively low maintenance, along with good distributor support. Edit: I should mention that I am from Utah.

I have 2 Petits and I use Royce. I'd work with them and try to make it happen. Extremely happy with the Petits and Royce. GREAT distributor and service company. I've tried others in binds and have came RUNNING back to them.
