Looking to Build a 6-8 bay self serve car wash in NB, Canada

I own a self storage development and I'm looking to add a carwash to the front of the property. Can you give me an idea what the avg cost per sqft is to build a self serve carwash? Also looking to get opinions on whether to go wood frame or cinderblock construction. Any and all information helps because this is completely new to me, so I'm here to learn, thanks!
