Looking to hire a service tech in Omaha

Good luck. I've been looking here in FL for a year now. Money isn't the issue; there just don't seem to be any good ones. My guess is that the good ones are working the oil and gas fields in North Dakota and Pennsylvania. In N.D. Walmart people start at $17/hr. Good techs should be pulling down a six figure income.
