Don't hold me to this but I believe there is a cube relay in the JO for the E-Stop. I vaguely remember rewiring some outputs and then having an issue with the E-stop. I believe some connections to the relay were loose.

I double checked today and there is in fact a relay for the e-stop. I would check the connections of all the wires that go to and from that relay. If you have two 4000’s try swapping the relay between bays and see if the problem follows the relay. Could do the same with the power supply.

Here we go
Emergency stop is an acquired up in the bay
The fuse in the relays at 10 a.m. p
The replacement 24 that I bought as a 1.5 fuse in it
I'm assuming the 1.5 is the correct one not the 10
Just another one of my ding dong installers fix its
So replace the 24 with the 1.5 and fuses blew right away put a 2:00 amp blue right away up to 7 to it held
I notice X32 on my import card flickers very faintly
Shook the machine the best toon world it back and forth put it in the home position and it works with the 1.5 Infuse at the moment
I'm thinking the festoons getting a kink in there somewhere and blowing it only happens once every 40 cars
My thought was maybe the stop wires were getting wet inside the joystick box that are hooked up or something to do with X32
Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful
The only thing I've noticed in common is the machine moves to the driver's side just before it goes out today at did it but it was moving across the double on the rear but still towards the driver side before powered out

ok things got weirder or maybe were on to something
i left the wash by the time i got home it was out of order again
and fuse 1.5 in 24v was blown error EMERGENGY STOP
this time machine was in home position
and hadn't washed a car for at least 20 minutes
the hamiloton 2" displayed read welcome then went to car wash busy for some reason then top display of and small led on hamilton read out of order.
my thoughts the machine sends a saftey check signal once in awhile like when it restarts
and the signal fried the fuse again and it went out of order
but why carwash bizy then out of order it
and what the heck is tripping it
thank you

When the Hamilton inhibit circuit is energized it will read ‘Car Wash Busy’. Then after 8-10 minutes the display will switch to ‘Car Wash Closed’. That would be normal for the ACW.

ok thanks
what would have caused it to read carwash bizy out of the blue
When the wash itself goes out of service it will trigger the "Car wash busy" message. This is totally different that the "Car wash in use" message. I don't know who thought that having two almost identical messages meaning two different things was a good idea. I'm guessing his name wasn't Einstein.

I know it's like clockwork I just told my assistant I say usually blows at 30 cars and I made it to 27 and I'm here digging in it now. DC Supply get so hot that it just shuts itself off doesn't even blow itself with a 5 amp fuse just gets too warm to even work so I put a cool down one in there another DC that I had laying around and you could fry an egg on it in a minute.
Heading out with the ladder now any advice would help thanks whoever's doing the ground and right now I think as soon as I plug it in at fires off

After chasing every wire this guy hooked to that dc power supply
i found the one blowing the fuse
marked sign, i knew it i though it was getting wet
unhook sign still blowing, drive my self nuts why is it still blowing
follow wire back guess what doesnt go to sign even though its marked sign with label maker goes to passenger side reciever eye. Open the box and some ding dong put a wire nut on it sitting in about a half inch of water
hooked sign back up
unhooked eye and fuse is good with a 1.5amp
***
problem i unhooked all the vt eyes in the jo 24supply (big grey block with a lot of holes..24+24c etc)
and the pic i took came out blurry

So the virtual treadle was grounding in bay box because of bad wireing and water
Then I found the reason the mystery of why the carwash bizzy then out of order. The line from the paystation to the Jo has connection point in the bay that gets wet and the solid wire was bit broke. So sometimes it would break the signal therefore thinking that somebody was paying and in the bay. But may have also contributed to that fuse blowing. Found this out because I was at the wash and someone would order that wash package and paystation would say thank you drive forward but wash would not activate and x40 no lite or solenoid clik
Got all that figure out ran about 50 cars then the three washes that use uc would not run and got motor run on error. No what green death corrosion on uc eye. So uc doesn't activate and u get run on error
Fixed that and next car boom the sheer pin pops and arm goes flying up I'm thinking God help me but at least I know how fix that. Ok back up and no what my American flag falls off the paystand onto ladies no car but no biggie
Few hundred cars later she's still alive
Thanks for the help
With out you guys and George Nory coast to coast am Bigfoot stories i would be tits up
