LW 4000 Low Pressure issue

Folks,
My LP(200psi) pre soak, or first pass on my LW4000 is showing about 15-20psi less pressure than the rest of the Low pressure passes. Just the first pass is 15-20psi lower. Any thoughts as to why this is happening? Everything else is normal. Thanks!!!!

I was working on my triple foam and went to test it and had no pressure. What I had was the check valve at the bottom of the manifold had gone bad. It literally was working fine one minute and not at all 5 minutes later. Mine was the stainless steel one with plastic inside. Maybe yours has partially failed and some debris is jammed into the danfoss valve therefore reducing pressure on your one application and not the others. Let us know. Kevin
