About three weeks ago the “DRIVE” and “STOP” lights inside my bay were on continuously. I replaced the relays in the module and that solved the problem for a few days. It happened again so I replaced the entire relay module. I’m out of town and understand that it is happening again. Any thoghts on what could be causing the relays to go bad? Hope to be back to my wash on Tuesday and want to have an idea for where to start looking for the problem. Thanks

I'm sure you've checked this, and it may sound silly, but be sure the lights aren't accidentally being turned on in diagnostics. I have mistakenly left on various outputs over the years. Orsometimes stuff happens
if you have had new hands on the keypad

Thanks. I checked diagnostics both times that I had the issue previously. The first time I replaced the relays and it worked fine for a few days. The second time I replaced the relay module and it worked fine for about two weeks. Since I'm out of town I had someone replace the relays today and it is working again. Seems like something has to be burning the relays out. I'm thinking that I should start by checking the wiring in the signs to make sure that connections are good and are staying dry. I'm not sure what to do next if the wiring isn't causing the problem.

Had this problem as well. When I replaced my signs with new ones I discovered the wiring from the sign back to the JO was compromised. The conduit was full of water and some of the wires insulation was toast. You might want to start there.

You could also try using LED bulbs to lower your load.
