Mark 7 Aquajet GT700 error code F30

I have a a error code of F30 ( low water pre soak tank) but my pre soak tank is full. Also using my controller the last error code is F5 I have know idea what the f5 code is. Any advice?

Check the float switches in the pre-soak tank - we have to replace every year or so. They don't last in the hot water.

Replaced both already tank fills no problem but still have the code

Did you put the bottom switch back in the correct orientation? Easy mistake to make. The top and bottom are opposite as far as the float travel if I remember correctly. The bottom switch is the "check" to make sure there is water in the tank, the top is the fill switch

Error F5 not in the manuals I have, can't help with that.

You were right I had the bottom one upside down

Good deal, hopefully you salvaged some of your weekend business.

We have found the bottom switch usually goes out first since it's submerged in hot water 24/7, and we replace both at the same time because the top is usually not far behind in failing.
