Mark VII Choice Wash

Having an issue on a choice wash . When payment is tendered door opens gantry light reads backup instead
of drive forward. Stops and the code is F122 Back up eye blocked . Cleaned all 6 eyes on gantry all transmitters
were purple while looking at them. Are the backup eyes the 2nd from bottom ? All proxes on the machine worked
as they should. Any Suggestions. Thanks !!
 
Usually the back up TX RX set get covered by foam (driver side, inside race track cover) or dirt (passenger side, lower part covered with a plastic cover).
Stop sensors on doors, Back up sensor inside driver side race cover (hard to see) and on the bottom of the passenger side.

Looks that you were cleaning the sensors for the Top Boom contour.
You can also go to Diagnostics Module EYE and 3 group on right top should read 100 or at least 090.

Appreciate the help so the 6 eyes are for the contour makes sense. Race cover unsure what that would be inside the plastic cover ?Thanks
 
If its like mine. There is that eye located on the passenger side in front of the wheel scrub. Cant really see it but there is a square cut out, like 4 inches above the floor, that shoots a beam over to the the driver side just above the wheel scrub on that side. Every once in a while leaves or some other garbage get in there.

I am not sure this is the one that controls the drive forward but worth a look.
