I have a Mark VII soft touch with undercarriage wash. The undercarriage is staying on whenever the pump turns on. Replaced the sylinoid and valve and still always on. Through further investigation I found that the sylinoid is receiving constant power. So even when the pump is off the sylinoid is still receiving power. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to get this fixed or find a wiring diagram for the undercarriage. Any help or advice is appreciated!

I’ve got the gt700 touchless....so I’m not sure this will help.....

I had a similar issue. The Apolo valve that switches between top boom and undercarriage was not operating correctly, or so I thought. Turns out my issue was in the pneumatic panel. There are several Parker brand air solenoids that in my case operate my boom, dryer and undercarriage. Each of these valves has a small “toggle” switch usaually blue or yellow. Turns out in my process of testing and adjusting the boom, I inadvertently flipped the undercarriage switch out of its normal “center” position ....that switch put the Apollo valve in the position that feeds both undercarriage and high pressure rinse.

Hopefully your issue is this simple. Good luck and report back!

Just curious, and as a courtesy, it would be great to know how this issue turned out!

A- still have issue
B- issue resolved and here’s what the fix was _______________________
