Mat holders

Customers complaining about mats not holding tight enough as they drop. I've checked their mats and finding thinner and thinner mats being produced. Beside the industry standard is there a better mat holder? Anybody tried to beef up the tension or found a better way. I replaced mine 2 years ago and before that longer intervals.

Maybe just a replacement spring and stretch it out a bit before installing to give some more tension.
