MEI 2811 BILL ACCEPTOR NOT ACCEPTING 100'S

Hello all. I have several MEI 2811 bill acceptors not accepting 100's . I have a MEI VN2500 & AE2400 bill programming module. I need the software to update the 2811. Will this BPM work? Any help would be really appreciated.

You'vve got the wrong BPM programmer, the VN2500 and AE2400 won't work with AE2800. You need a AE2600 BPM programmer or send them in to be programed

Thanks much. That's what I told my boss months ago. You know how bosses are. He wanted to buy new 2811 main boards. I appreciate the fast response and info Randy.

I can't say to much bad about him. He let's me get away with a lot. He just thinks he's right all the time. Even when he's wrong. I've told him just because you sign paychecks does make you perfect.
