MEI Bill Acceptor error code 1 (stuck bill)

Have a MEI bill acceptor, I think a model 2000 as it accepts $1,$5,$10,$20. All of a sudden I am getting a single LED error code which means a bill is stuck. Took it apart and cleaned the wheels and clear areas where it reads per MEI support. Still have the error code. Cycling power nor the reset button clear the error too. No idea if someone tried something however I could not find anything unusual on the camera. Anyone else have a similar experience? Thanks...Jordan

You’ve got a problem with a senor board. The only thing you can do is send it in for repair.
