I have been using the JC Money Manager Software since I built car wash (12 yrs), it has served me well up until recently,
My computer developed a virus and when tech. removed virus he also removed the Money Manager software ( the only program I did not want to lose, but that is what happened).
Now my problem is disc will not load without product info from JC Coleman ( now Hanna) they do not support the softawre now, it is handled by Chad Chowdhury and co.
I have made several attempts to speak with him but so far no luck, although his wife has called me and had me complete credit card info for charges , no-one returns my call .
Now I am lookig for another source for accounting info. to replace the Money Manager, I need a system that can provide the same info as the Money Manager.
If anyone knows of another system , or can offer help on mine i would appricate them to PM me.
