Monthly Passes/ unlimited passes

For you guys who are running this program how many subscribers do you have on average? Is it possible to get 600-700 monthly pass subscribers?

I am using DRB's ARM program. They showed me some other operators who had over 1000 customers signed up. Imagine a $30,000 deposit in your account the first of every month without washing a single car! I have not been quite that succesful. I really need to come up with a marketing plan to see if I can get to 500.
