If you have a domain registered, you can get a letter that says that there is someone in China/Hong Kong/Asia that is trying to register your name plus the .cn designation, or the .asia ending.

They are smarter than the Nigerians as the price is quite reasonable, $30 for a domain and $200 to "Trademark" your name.
