Good Sunday Morning. Got to the wash to find a bay with no pressure. Checked and found the motor pulley loose. I can slide it back over, but I don't know what jeeps it from sliding off again. Is there a cotter pin or something that should hold it in place?
On the motor there is a key way and on the pulley there is a key way. Once you install the pulley on the motor shaft you insert a square key into the key way to keep the pulley from turning on the motor shaft, to lock everything together you have a set screw in the motor pulley that you tighten down on the key. If the pulley is spinning on the motor shaft it's more than likely ruined.
