My fresh n vac is stuck on

When I switch the black lower button. It's probably a fuse which I need a brief education on. Appreciate any advice

Yeah, need more info. When I think fresh n vac brand I think Industrial vacuum but you may have the newer model built after they parted with fragramatics. But I dunno, I only know coleman and fragramatics.
