Hello, I'm new to the carwash world. I have the opportunity to lease the only carwash service in town. No other carwash service is allowed to be built. The closest service 8.5 miles away with a base wash price of $17 for a tunnel type service. I've run numbers, done analysis, break-even point is $27,000 per month with money to be made.
