My new pit cleaner.

After years of cleaning pits with a 5 gallon bucket and a shovel and my helpers not showing up half the time, I finally bought something where I can do it myself.

Looks great. I am looking at a small tractor with front loader and backhoe for the heavy sands the RIng o matic won't get. The tractor along with a good dump trailer that can carry the tractor is about the same as Ring o matic clam digger that is good for only one thing.

Sounds interesting. Any info/pics of the tractor and trailer you are considering?

Looking at a small Massey Ferguson or Kobota or John Deere. New price range is 16 to 18K for brand new with both front end loader and back hoe. DUmp trailer is $4500 to 7 K new. I am holding out for a good used one. They go for about half of new.
