Nano Technology and the future

In the past there was a question about Nano paint that might make car washing unneeded. Here is a short video about nano tech, doesn't touch on paint but I think that it is clear that this technology will change our lives a lot.

Having worked in the tech industry for 20 years, I use to believe/hope that technology would develop and get to market faster, but the reality is that it takes time...much longer than we hope or anticipate. Nano technologies will be hugely disruptive in the sense that it will have a drastic change in our everyday lives...but not for decades.
