I am at the wash this morning and I have 7 Nayax card readers that have stopped working. When I called tech support, they informed me that there is a network error that they are working on a fix for.
Today is set to be one of my busiest days with the nice weather and salt covered roads.
I am watching customers who do not have coin turn around and drive off.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I have had several issues with Nayax in the past and am getting frustrated.
