I'm asking this question because I asked my bus driver about this and she said she saw one somewhere in PA. and I'm hoping somebody else saw it to and can tell me the exact location and if it is still there or not.
More context I was just riding my bus one day and just asked my bus driver "Have you ever been though a car wash that spins your car?" and she said yes and that she saw one somewhere in PA.
