Need help for Brush Foaming

Hi, I am new to self car wash business, hope to get help from this forum.
Currently I have an issue with brush. I just purchased bubble-up brush foaming detergent. Once I put on, I did not see foaming.
My question is how brush delivery system works. I have a hydrominder Model 515. Can someone share the information? Thanks

You only get fom if you add air to the soap mixture. This is typicaly done by having some solenoid bank fed by air in the equipment room that opens a solenoid for the same bay as the brush and sends air thru a line which t's in to the foam brush soap line. Some do it in the equipment room, some Tit in in the equipment room, some right above the bay. Some use a foam generator - Large PVC unit with a scrubbie where the air and liquid mix, some not.

I am a fan of just Ting above the bay. Regulate pressures and volume solely with the air regulators in the equipment room. The Foam will form as the mixture travels thru the hose to the Brush head. Without more info hard to provide more help.

I heard about the air to brush line, but I did not know where the air comes from. Could you please take a look at the picture attached, see if it makes sense to you? Some observation that may help explain my situation
- there are two lines feed to brush head. Seems to me both feed soap solution to the head, I am not sure why need two
-there are two rows of solenoids. One row gets flow from hydrominder the other gets supply (not sure what is) from a pipeline.
if you need any other information for you to figure out how brush setup and the cause of my issues, please let me now. I really appreciate your help. I feel good I could get much needed help from here. View attachment 770

Sorry, can't make heads or tales out of what you have from photo. Can only suggest the "(not sure what is) from a pipeline." is the iar supply. You would have to trace it back and make sure:
1. It has air suppplied to it
2. Air comes out of the corresponding bay solenoid when FB is chosen.
3. Make sure line feeding solenoid bank with air has a working regulator and gradualy increase the supply in 5 psi Increments.

WOW...That looks like a pretty sophisticated pump and setup for just the foam brush. The same thing (Or a lot better) can be accomplished with a whole lot less. I posted some pictures of a test I did when evaluating foamers. It uses a flojet, 2 kip solenoid manifolds, 2 air regulators, and a foamer for each bay. I'm sure you can get some good ideas from the thread and see how much better you can make it work. I try to use the K.I.S.S method when upgrading anything at the wash. The main thing is to "Keep It Simple Stupid" and make it easy to service! (Please don't take the "Stupid" part literally. Its just a saying!)

It looks to me no more than a well pump already assembled with a pressure switch and expansion tank. That sort of setup was the standard 30 years ago.
